This comprehensive service allows the different structures to act as the sole contact during all of the phases required for wind farms: design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance. Being an "A to Z" pilot is a rare configuration in this field and represents a genuine advantage.

The Energy arm subsidiaries

These specific subsidiaries are devoted to hydropower, on-shore and off-shore wind power, solar power, and all other types of renewable energy.

Within MAÏA POWER, the hydropower business is covered by HYDRO MAÏA and its power generation subsidiaries (including ROANNE ENERGIE NATURELLE in charge of the construction and operation of a hydropower plant on the Roanne dam).

Likewise, solar power development is the responsibility of MAÏA SOLAR, in charge of photovoltaic solar power generation.

MAÏA POWER also works to boost the Group's growth in the wind power sector.

In line with this objective, on-shore wind power development is entrusted to MAÏA EolTer, with a long-term vision organized in geographical maintenance zones.

The growth of offshore wind power in France will be significantly supported by French companies. The Group intends to align its efforts with the new French and European energy directives, and several off-shore wind farm projects in France and Europe are currently in the definition and design phases. These projects are developed by the MAÏA EolMer company.
